01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wandgo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Wandgo ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

02Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when registering.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• Not create more than one account per person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

03Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

04Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to the Service, including trip itineraries, photos, and notes ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Wandgo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share it, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

05Shared Trips and Collaboration

When you invite other users to a trip, you authorize them to view and, depending on permissions, edit trip content. You understand that:

• Trip members can see all itinerary items you share within that trip.
• Removing a member from a trip does not automatically delete content they have already viewed or saved.
• You are responsible for who you invite to your trips.

06Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, design, and functionality are owned by Wandgo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Wandgo name, logo, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written permission.

07Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services such as Google Maps and Google Places. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

08Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated itinerary suggestions are provided for convenience only — always verify travel information from official sources before making bookings.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wandgo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, missed travel arrangements, or any reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account via our account deletion page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via a notification in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Wandgo is registered.
